Most of my sessions are 60–90 minutes long and deliver practical, inclusive wellbeing content. My core focus is nutrition for menopause, but I also cover related areas like energy, sleep and midlife resilience. I regularly speak at retreats, lead webinars, join expert panels and contribute to wellbeing events and conferences.
All my sessions are evidence-based, grounded in real-life experience, and free from fads or fluff. I aim to make people feel heard, informed, and empowered to make positive changes.
