Is a nutrition programme the right thing for me?
If you’re not sure whether you want to sign up for a programme, contact me to arrange a FREE, no-obligation 20-minute Discovery Call to discuss your health goal and help you decide whether a WellWellWell nutrition programme is right for you.
I’ll talk you though the options to help you assess which programme might suit you.
Who are the programmes suitable for?
Anyone who wants to change their diet and lifestyle but feels a bit overwhelmed or lacks the time and headspace to focus on it would benefit from the WellWellWell programmes. They’re carefully structured to support you in the most practical way possible to avoid putting more pressure on an already-busy schedule and to ensure you maintain motivation and focus.
How do they work?
How much do they cost?
Fees start at £499 and will vary depending on the length of the programme and the level of support required. You can also book in for a one-off Nutrition & Health MOT for £199 which can be offset against the cost of a programme, if you decide to upgrade within 2 weeks of the consultation.
Will it be covered by private health insurance?
This will depend on the package that you have with your insurance company. Many insurers will include nutritional therapy with a CNHC-registered practitioner and will reimburse the costs, although this can often be for higher tier packages. Please check with your company to be sure of your personal situation.
What’s the next step?
If you’re ready to invest in your health, the first step is to choose the most suitable programme. The WellWellWell Classic, Wellness and Hormone Balancer Programmes provide personalised and flexible nutritional support, so that your new lifestyle gets the best possible start.

Do you carry out any tests?
In some cases, functional testing may be recommended at the initial consultation to help us develop the most appropriate programme to support your health goal. You may be referred back to your GP for tests that are available on the NHS or a private lab test may be recommended (costs for private lab tests will vary and are not included in the programme price). Typical tests might include blood, saliva or stool tests to analyse a hormonal profile or to analyse digestive function.
Do you recommend supplements
Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and my primary focus will be to work on supporting you with dietary changes to achieve your goal. However, in cases of nutrient depletion, supplements may be appropriate and these would be recommended on a case-by-case basis.
