Amazon review

A really practical guide that's chock full of useful information and totally grounded. It knows we can't always resist popcorn, a doughnut or a hot dog (however much we know we should) so lists least-worst options to choose. (Wholesome salads and smoothies are covered too!) It's also written with humour and verve e.g. the BBQ section is headed: "What's charred and what's barred" ... I love that human approach. And it's not preachy e.g. "Ideally you would choose a different snack but if you're desperate ..."
