Boost Your Vitamin D Levels For Free!

It’s time to make the most of the British summer, as the sun’s action on our skin is the primary source of vitamin D and, unlike expensive supplements, it won’t cost you a penny! Long associated with healthy bones and teeth, recent research has also linked vitamin D to a raft of other long-term health benefits, including potential protection from cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, as well as boosting the immune system.
