New Year, New You: Immune-Boosting Foods for Optimum Wellness

Start 2019 with an injection of wellness! Back by popular demand, Kitchen Joy Cookery School and WellWellWell are joining forces again for a New Year, New You  nutrition and cookery workshop.

Our course runs over 3 evenings to help you discover how food can make a real difference to supporting an effective immune system. Each session will include:

–  a masterclass in cookery, where you’ll take an active role in preparing and cooking a  delicious 3-course immune-boosting meal each week

–   the opportunity to sample all the food you’ve cooked during a nutrition Q&A

–   mini nutrition tutorials on the relationship between nutrition and the immune system, including gut health, antioxidants, inflammation and autoimmune conditions

– a recipe booklet featuring all the foods you’ve prepared, plus themed nutrition handouts

Dietary requirements will be taken into consideration, but typical recipes might include:
