Eat Yourself Well: Immune-boosting Foods for Optimum Wellness

I’m thrilled to be working in collaboration with Kitchen Joy for my next workshop.

Join our course over 3 evenings  and discover how food can make a real difference to supporting an effective immune system. Each session will include:

–  a masterclass in cookery, where you’ll take an active role in preparing and cooking 3 delicious immune-boosting dishes each week

–   the opportunity to sample all the food you’ve cooked while learning about the nutritional value of each food

–   nutrition turtorials on the relationship between nutrition and the immune system, including gut health, antioxidants, inflammation and autoimmune conditions

Dietary requirements will be taken into consideration, but typical recipes might include:

When? 30th October,  6th November and 13th November from 6.30-9pm
Where?  Kitchen Joy Cookery School in Chiswick
